The official ordering process takes place online through Vorwerk. As a Thermomix Advisor, I can guide you through the process, explain how everything works and help you understand the different options before you place your order.

You do not need to figure everything out on your own.

Do I need to speak Dutch to buy a Thermomix?

NO.If you are more comfortable speaking English, you can have your Thermomix demonstration and personal support in English.

I work with clients from different international backgrounds and speak Dutch, English and Polish. Within my team, there are also multilingual Thermomix Advisors who can help clients in other languages.

So if Dutch is not your strongest language, simply ask about the available language options.

How does a Thermomix demonstration work?

A demonstration is a great way to see how the TM7 actually works before deciding whether it is right for you. A demonstration usually takes place at your home. If you prefer, you can also come to my home, or we can arrange an online presentation.

During the demonstration, you can see the TM7 in action, ask questions and try the functions that are most relevant to you. We can also talk about everyday cooking, meal planning, Cookidoo, ordering, payment options and what happens after your purchase.

There is no obligation to buy after the demonstration.

Can I buy a Thermomix TM7 in instalments in the Netherlands?

Yes. The current option is to pay for the Thermomix TM7 in 4 instalments at 0% interest.

Payment options can change, so during your demonstration or before ordering, I can explain the current possibilities and how the ordering process works.

This can be particularly useful if you have recently moved to the Netherlands and are still getting familiar with how purchases and payment options work here.

How do I order my Thermomix TM7?

Once you have decided to buy a TM7, the order is placed through the official Vorwerk website.

I can guide you through the ordering process and explain where to select or enter your Thermomix Advisor details, so that your purchase is connected to me.

This is important because my support does not stop when the box arrives.

What happens after I buy a Thermomix?

This is one of the things I consider especially important when working with international clients.

Buying a Thermomix is not simply about receiving a kitchen appliance and being left to figure everything out yourself. After your purchase, you can still contact me with questions about your TM7, Cookidoo, functions, recipes, accessories, settings or other practical matters.

If you have a technical question or need help understanding something, I can also point you in the right direction regarding warranty and service.

Especially when you are new to the Netherlands, having someone who can explain things in a language you are comfortable with can make the whole experience much easier.

Can I use the Thermomix TM7 in English?

Yes. The TM7 can be used in different languages, including English.

This means you do not need to learn Dutch before you can comfortably use your Thermomix.

You can also use Cookidoo to discover recipes, plan meals and find inspiration for everyday cooking.

What is Cookidoo?

Cookidoo is the recipe platform connected with Thermomix.

It gives you access to a large collection of recipes and makes it easier to discover new meals, plan what you want to cook and follow recipes step by step. in this blog you can read more about new features of Cookidoo, like Cookidoo AI assistant and recipe translation.

For many expats, this is particularly useful because it can make cooking in a new country easier. You can discover recipes from different cuisines and find ideas that fit your own eating habits and preferences.

Is a Thermomix demonstration free?

Yes. I offer free Thermomix demonstrations in the Netherlands.

The idea is simple: instead of trying to decide from pictures and specifications alone, you can see the TM7 working in real life and ask all the questions you have.

A demonstration normally takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on how much you want to explore.

Where can I have a Thermomix demonstration?

A demonstration can usually take place at your home. You can also come to me, or we can arrange an online presentation.

For larger groups, presentations can also be organised at one of the Vorwerk offices in Amstelveen.
