I am a Thermomix Advisor and Team Leader in the Netherlands. I help people discover, buy and get the most out of their Thermomix TM7, with personal support before and after the purchase. I work with Dutch customers, expats and international residents. After 7 years working with Thermomix, I know the product from both sides: as a customer who once had doubts, and as an advisor who now helps others make the decision.
My name is Aneta and I have have lived in Amsterdam for 23 years. It is a city that stole my heart from the very begining. I am a happy mother and wife who loves to cook for her family.
In my kitchen I like to choose healthy, organic products and try to avoid processed food. Cooking is not only a duty for me, but above all a passion, a way to spend my free time, a moment to catch my breath after a hard day's work.
My Thermomix story
The first experience with Thermomix was about 7 years ago. A friend once asked me if I would host a Thermomix demo. I asked her what a Thermomix was is and if she was crazy to consider spending so much money on a kitchen appliance. But what wouldn't you do for friends?
I have always been the type to dare, to have an independent opinion and to always question everything that happens around me. That is why I was chosen as the hostess. I was going to ask questions and be skeptical about the Thermomix. Fifteen minutes into the presentation, when advisor Ela had made a delicious Chinese cabbage salad in just a few minutes, I looked at my husband and said that I had to have it. I didn't fall for a sales pitch. I saw what it could actually do, and made my own decision. I didn't need to be convinced anymore, because I had already bought it...or my husband, but he just didn't know yet ;)
All this happened in the most intense period of our lives, when our son Ryan was born and we experienced a natural phenomenon that all young parents struggle with: an absolute lack of time for anything other than our child. Cooking became a necessity. We cooked simply to get through the day, rather than for pleassure. Our diet consisted of quick and mostly unhealthy bites.
The Thermomix arrived after a week and now cooking has become a pleasure. I didn't have to keep an eye on pans or cut salads by hand. This saved a lot of time and washing up. It didn't make me love cooking because it was a smart appliance. It gave me back the time and energy to enjoy it.
I quickly decided to become a Thermomix Advisor. Not because I wanted to sell kitchen appliances, but because I knew what it felt like to be unsure about spending that much money on one. Today, that’s still how I approach my work. I don’t want to convince you that you need a Thermomix. I want to help you understand what it can do, answer your questions honestly and let you decide if it belongs in your kitchen.

Today, after years of working with Thermomix, I help customers across the Netherlands discover how the TM7 can fit into their everyday lives. I especially enjoy working with people who are new to the Netherlands or prefer to communicate in English. My aim is to make the whole experience simple, from the first demonstration and ordering process to using your Thermomix at home.

Together with my team, I help customers across the Netherlands discover and enjoy Thermomix. One person can't speak every language or cover every corner of the Netherlands. That's why I am proud to work with a multilingual team that can support customers from different backgrounds and, depending on availability, help with demonstrations in languages such as English, Polish, Turkish , Arabic and others.
