With this mode, you heat ingredients without a lid and without moving blades. You can stir, taste, and add ingredients in between.
The stainless steel mixing bowl has an insulating exterior. This allows you to safely hold the bowl with two hands after cooking. The maximum capacity remains 2.2 liters. The Varoma has also been updated. The complete Varoma set has a capacity of 6.8 liters. This offers 45 percent more steam capacity than the TM6. With multi-level cooking, you prepare different components simultaneously. For example, you can make a sauce while other ingredients steam above the mixing bowl.
Cooking with Cookidoo and guided cooking
Via Cookidoo, you gain access to over 100,000 recipes. The recipes are developed for use with the Thermomix and guide you step by step. During Guided Cooking, the screen shows which action is required. For many steps, the appliance automatically sets the correct time, temperature, and speed.
